Baby and I spent some quiet and relaxing time at Punggol Marina Country Club. Totally agree that it's so out of place, we struggled a while on how to get there, walking in and out of Compass Point. But definitely no regrets on spending time to find our way.

This is the van that brought us in... There is a schedule to follow - IMPT! We missed the schedule that's why we went in late. -_- It's a 12-seater van and on first-come-first-serve basis so try not to be late to queue.

Haha! Yeah, we went there for prawning... trying to explore new place. I saw alot of people there having Sakura - the largest charcoal grilled and shabu shabu.

Nice scenery and ambience~

Rate is the same. Ponds are smaller as compare but you can see the prawns under the water - one good thing about it.

Serious moment~

Nice catch~ we got a total of 24 prawns. But the size of the prawn is small. We didn't catch huge ones...

The session ended at 9pm ~ so late. By the time we reached home and had dinner at 10 plus. Thanks to Circle Line ~ shorten the whole journey.

My Birthday in Feb

My birthday in Feb -- haha, only decided to blog it today. Lazy is the word to describe...

I had my celebration with my friends at Naive Katong. It's always challenging to come out with a dining place when my vegetarian friend is coming. This place is recommended by Dan. Naive is not a normal vegetarian dining place. It's quite HC -- High Class and pricy. Maybe cos it's organic?? But the food is nice! and healthy.

This is the place ~ at least give it a try. I would say this place is special.

I spent on a new book. I was attracted by the appearance of the book ~ the uneven pages, the purple colour (Of course! That's SoooooOoo Me...) and definitely the story.

I didn't know that it's actually part of the series - Bride Quartet until I read carefully. And the one I'm having now is Book 2. Now I feel like collecting all 4 books. So gian!

Got this book at a discounted price, $19 at China Square. Baby and I like to visit this mall during Sundays cos he will get to see a lot of toys and I usually browse the books at the only book booth. The books are usually sold at a lower prices compared to other places. Good to go there once a while ~ you never know you might get good deal!

DIY XMAS Presents

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all~

This year I DIY XMAS presents for my friends. I hope they like it... it's my little appreciation gifts to my friends and colleagues who stand by me when I need them, listen to me when I'm down and have fun with me when I'm crazy!

These Santas were made of really soft clay. I bought the mould as well and got them painted after they were dried. And finally gave them a vanish coating for them to look shiny!

It's very interesting and I enjoy every process in making them... santas, reindeers, angels, XMAS bells, XMAS trees ~ it's just FUN!

Joanne and Eric's Wedding

Congratulations to Joanne and Eric once again! They had their big day dinner at Hilton Hotel, Grand Ballroom on 23 December.

I'm very happy to be invited to her wedding. It's another form of gathering too! She is the second one in our class who got married (The first is Amallia who is already a happy mummy).

It was a great dinner! The dishes were special and we even get to know some new friends. Very friendly people!

Frankly we don't really meet Joanne often. Before her wedding, we met her once and good to see her again the second time. Hee! We should meet up more. I believe Joanne will be announcing her second good news soon. Haha!
